•  A non-refundable 25% deposit in August and final payment in October accompanies all bookings.

• Cancellation 1 month prior to event incurs a 50% refund. Cancellation 10 days prior to event no refund.

• All participants carry their own insurance, the organisers will not be liable for any fire damage, accidents or loss or property.

• Overnight security is the owners responsibility. We would prefer owners stay on site overnight. Please inform event manager if you intend to stay overnight.

• A set up schedule will be issued prior to the event with your time slot to set up. All vehicles must be removed from 4pm Sunday to noon Monday.

• Vehicle access is prohibited throughout the show during the public access period.

• Please ensure you park in the allocated exhibitor parking area.

• Pets on leads permitted. No Smoking or Vaping.
