• A non-refundable payment accompanies all bookings.

• All participants carry their own insurance; the organisers will not be liable for any fire damage, accidents or loss of property.

• Overnight security is the owner’s responsibility. We would prefer owners stay on site overnight.

• Should you wish to stay overnight in your camper, caravan or bus, confirm your booking with us, ask for an allocation site number then please contact TBHP to book your overnight stays. Mention that you are a Private seller at the event and they will offer you a discount of 25%. Please advise them that we are providing the site to you. 03 548 5159.

• A set up schedule will be issued prior to the event with your time slot to set up. All vehicles must be removed from 4pm Sunday to noon Monday.

• Vehicle access is prohibited throughout the show during the public access period.

• Please ensure you park in the allocated exhibitor parking area. A site number will be issued to you 2 weeks prior to the event by our site manager.

• Pets on leads permitted. No Smoking or Vaping.
